Pinpointer 18 Batch Selective Solder System
With three levels of the Pinpointer 18 we are sure to have a machine designed to meet your companies specific needs. All three variations use the same award winning, patented 'Spot Soldering Process' which will meet or exceed all your quality requirements. The units comes with one solder station; fluxing is done separately. The preheating function is incorporated into the soldering process through the use of hot inert atmosphere. A carriage system feeds the board into the unit and returns it to the operator after each cycle. The Pinpointer 18 can handle board sizes up to sizes 12" x 14" (larger sizes optional) and has a cycle time of 30-60 seconds.
