Pinpointer 88 In-Line Selective Solder System

The Pinpointer 88 is an in-line system designed for large board sizes and high-volume soldering. This model has an infrared preheat station, a flux station with interchangeable stencils, one solder station, and a part-recognition system. The system employs stepper motor controls to achieve vertical movements. A conveyor system indexes each board from station to station. After soldering, a walking beam transports the printed circuit board to the outgoing conveyor. The width of the conveyor system is adjustable, accommodating board sizes up to 12" x 14". Stations can be added, changed or removed as required to meet your evolving needs.
